Perspective Radio has been online since 2003 from the San Gabriel Valley in El Monte, California, operating from the campus of Digital Business and Design College. The station is a partnership project between DBD College, the Nuvein Foundation for Literature and the Arts, and George Lumbert of Lumber Insurance Services.
